Orders submitted after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and local public holidays are not counted as business days for order processing purposes. Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. For oversized baby products, we utilize freight delivery services; the carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery time to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.

6. Return And Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned baby products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, remaining in a resalable condition.

Opened or used baby products, as well as clearance or discounted items, are not eligible for return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs in cases involving quality defects, product damage, or shipping errors caused by us; however, for returns made due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
