Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and local public holidays are not counted as business days for order processing.

3. Shipping Transit Time

Standard shipping service typically delivers within 3-6 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to factors such as remote locations, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

6. Shipping Partners

All our baby product orders are shipped via UPS. For large or oversized maternal and infant items, we will arrange for freight shipping (truck delivery). The freight carrier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time, ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will not charge any additional processing fees and will issue a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You must follow our standard Return and Refund Policy to request a return or exchange.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time shipping status on the official UPS website.
